I'm sure you've heard "horror" stories about taking Philippine public vehicles (PUVs). I'm not writing to dispel thesestories--because they actually happen. Instead, I'm writing this as a guide on how to not have PUV horror stories. This blog will try to impart you with enough street smarts to get you taking PUVs with ease, and get you to a self-proclaimed-honor of Master Commuter.
Before I give you guides on how to go to where, I'll orient you with the PUV options you have. The next few posts will be basic information on PUVs and some tips on how you can use their quirks to your advantage.
